1. 200 yd SR target used for all stages. 2. In Slow Fire stages, shooters must load and fire only one round at a time. 3. Sighting shots may be fired from any position and do not count for score. 4. In Rapid Fire Stages, M1 Garand shooters must load two rounds in the first clip and eight in the second. After firing the first two rounds they must reload with the second clip and fire the remaining eight rounds all within the time limit. Shooters with bolt action rifles must load 5 rounds in the rifle and reload with 5, firing all rounds within the time limit. 5. Shooters begin in standing position, load first clip or magazine then wait for the command to begin firing. At the command to begin firing, shooters assume shooting position and begin firing. 6. For Garand matches, Time Limit for Prone from Standing is 70 secs and Sitting/Kneeling from Standing is 60 secs. 7. For bolt-action or GSM matches Time Limit for Prone from Standing is 80 secs and Sitting/Kneeling from Standing is 70 secs. |
